How you use Trooper recovery products have a dramatic impact on the results you’ll feel.

If you follow the application instructions and use it for at least 3 weeks and don’t feel a difference with your recovery, you’re dissatisfied with the product, or your product arrived damaged, please reach out to our support team within 30 days so we can assist you with your refund.

If the creams have not been used or tampered with they can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

​

You will be refunded with the same form of payment you placed your order with. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.

​

Trooper recovery products are natural down to the preservative system. Therefore, we cannot accept returned creams that may have been exposed to bacteria. Even if the product has been opened only once.
